Her style is a unique blend influenced by both yoga and dance traditions that include techniques from the practices of Bellydance and Hatha Yoga, skillfully mixed with playful hula hoop techniques.
The class is suitable for all levels, however slightly more geared towards those with some experience with movement based practices.
