Born in Bothell, WA…Jill was raised with a strong connection to the environment spending summers and winters in the great outdoors of the Northwest with her family. For the last three years she has been living in India and working at the helm of the Vaayu Project with her partner Rahul Malaney in Ashwem. Jill has a Master in Peace Studies from the Kroc Institue of Peace and Justice at the University of San Diego. She has Specialization in Human Rights and Development with a sub focus in Environmental Issues that relate to the two regionally specific to India. She believes that through the power of the individual we can all make little changes in our daily habits that lead to big changes in the world, leading us into a bigger and brighter future.
